There is no day I love like Sunday.
Of course it wasn't always that way
It is after all the day before Monday
When i was a child, there was Sunday best.
Chores and food were done in Underwear not Sunday best
I could play in church but i musn't ruin my Sunday best
I grew up!
Church inspired me for the week ahead
I listened and made friends in Church
My favorite people were Church people
So when i work through my week
I'm working to get to Sunday
Waiting to get to my friends and my church
