'Did you not hear what i just said?'
'Does that change my situation?'
'Please hold on to your counsel, I'm in pain!'
Yes, you are in pain
Yes, the situation is bad
Yes, your story might suck
But i challenge you today:
Put a finger under your nose
And feel the warmth of your breath
You are alive, that is worth thankfulness
Focus on the good things and list them.
Everyone has at least one good thing
Do not spend time on what you do not have
Spend your time appreciating what you do have
Use it, Enjoy it and give thanks for it
Because when you are thankful, you attract favour
And with favor, comes a way of escape
