We face a security and safety dilemma today
Like all the generations before us
Everyday we breathe, we are at risk of something including:
Outbreaks, thieves, fraudsters;
Disasters and so much more
In spite of the measures Man has put in place
To reduce our exposure to them
In spite of security tech that we keep improving
We still face insecurity and safety issues
I do not mean to alarm or dissuade you rather;
By all means do take precautions, I do too
But I want to remind you that:
Every generation before us faced threats too
That against all odds, humanity still thrives
There is only so much you can do to protect what is important to you
That at some poit it stops being your fault or the government's
At some point there is no one to blame
Take all precautions you can take;
Use security and safety tech where necessary;
Be willing to adapt in cases of breaches;
Choose to be courageous in every situation;
Trust God for your ultimate security and safety.
