So, today is about this femnism thing
Yes imma talk about it
Yes i'm a Christian and this is one of my pet Causes
These days we say when setting dowry:
'We are not selling our child'
The theory of it is good but is it real?
Ladies:
You target a man for his pocket
Saying you'll submit if he is capable
Then you're suprised when he acts like a Lord and Master
You want independence or you want a man's pocket?
Choose one!!!
Pay for some of your own stuff
Guys:
When you meet a woman who is paying her own bills
Dont mess with her employment
Then be suprised she is always asking for money
She has a right to every dime she asks for
It is ridiculous of you to complain then.
If you order it, pay for it
Ladies:
there is nothing wrong with you being financially independent
If you will submit to a man
Check that he truly loves you
Not just the idea of a demure wife.
Guys:
There is more to a woman than the gender role of wife
If you want submission
First learn how to love
Love is not money and the right of control
Guys and Ladies:
When a woman pays her own bills
And handles business
When a woman is boss
Do not resent her for it
At the end of the day
She is only a person in a role
It does not make the men who report to her less
She is not less of a woman because she utilizes her authority
When you see her give her the respect and support she deserves
Because the entire world is already fighting her
Her own body acts up against her sometimes
But she perseveres through it to do her best
That deserves a lot of respect
Finally:
To the women who are homemakers
Sacrificing career, time and dreans
To build their kids and home
I salute you and hail you
But here is a nugget for you too...
1. Make sure you do it cause you want it.
2. Do not lose yourself and your individuality
3. Your Cause is laudable but you're just as important as those you sacrifice for.
4. When you are done with the chaos of it, remember to chase some of your own things too
Money and love should not be used to oppress.
